The staff of Grand Hotel Hilarium Hotel were outstanding. Although it's a 3 star hotel, the customer service was at par to 5 star hotel. The hotel price included breakfast which made it attractive for our group of friends. Breakfast included variety of salads, cheese and continental food. Everything was fresh and chef Abdul Raheem made sure that it was of high quality. Derya and Eda were always smiling and welcoming the guest for breakfast. Cleanliness was the utmost preference of each and every staff member of the hotel. Mr Hassan and Duzgun were very helpful and organised a tour to Bursa and Cruise Dinner at a very affordable prices for 22 people with transportation and guide. Lastly, I would like to thank Mohammed our bell boy for assisting us. Highly recommend if you are going solo, in a group or with family either for pleasure or business.
